摘要
针对目前文献级别划分的不全面性，从知识组织这一角度，对文献演化从宏观和微观两方面进行探讨，并在此基础上提出了文献级别划分的新认识。
Abstract This paper analyses the incompleteness of dividing document levels at present. The authors study the evolution of documents in both macro and micro aspects from the new perspective of knowledge organization. The new understanding for dividing document levels is put forward in the paper.
