摘要
工科学生的工程能力包括:知识的学习与应用能力、思维判断与分析能力、工程设计与实践能力、表达与交流能力、创造创新能力,重视学生工程能力的培养是各国高等工程教育的共识和新的趋势。为了使学生具有上述工程能力结构,应该根据不同年级学生的知识、兴趣目标,构筑一个循序渐进、逐步提高的工程能力分层次培养体系,以培养适应社会、经济发展需要的工程技术人才。
Engineering students' abilities contain knowledge structure and knowledge application, the ability for thinking, making judgment and analysing, engineering designing and practicing, expressing and communicating, creating and innovating. The common understanding and the new trend in higher engineering education all over the world stress the cultivation of students' engineering ability. The best way to develop students' structure of engineering ability is to set up a step-by-step cultivating system corresponding with different levels and interesting goals for students in different grades, training the engineering technology talents to meet the needs of the development of society and economy.
