伴有大脑皮质发育不良的难治性癫痫 被引量：2

摘要 在难治性癫痫中,部分经手术治疗病灶切除的标本在病理检查时发现大脑皮质发育不良。本文就伴有皮质发育不良的难治性癫痫的分子生物学、病理学、电生理学和影像学等方面进行综述,为基础和临床研究难治性癫痫提供依据。
