摘要
目的探讨中药对孔源性视网膜脱离患者围手术期治疗的效果。方法将63眼孔源性视网膜脱离患者随机分为2组:治疗组33只眼,行巩膜外加压、冷凝术,并在围手术期应用中药干预;对照组30只眼,只行巩膜外加压合并冷凝术。2组患者接受相同的术前检查、手术方法和术后护理以及术后追踪随访。结果治疗组视网膜下积液吸收的速度、视网膜复位的理想程度、术后玻璃体混浊反应程度、术后视功能恢复速度、程度均较对照组效果好。结论孔源性视网膜脱离围手术期中药的干预治疗可以加快视网膜下液的吸收,提高视网膜脱离复位的成功率,提高术后视网膜功能的恢复,减少术后反应。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the TCM effect on perioperative rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients. METHODS Sixty-three cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients were randomly divided into two groups： Treatment group was treated by perioperative traditional Chinese medicine intervention combined with the sclera pad pressure, cryocoagulation. Control group used the sclera pad pressure and cryocoagulation. The patients received the same preoperative examination, surgical procedures and postoperative care, and follow-up after operation. Clinical data used SPSS 13.0 statistical package X^2 test （P〈0.05）. RESULTS The treatment group was more effective than the control group in the subretinal fluid absorption rate, the reattachment level of retina, vitreous opacities postoperative and the degree of retinal function recovery speed. CONCLUSIONS Perioperative rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with the intervention of Chinese medicine treatment could improve the speed of the subretinal fluid absorption and the successful rate of retinal reattachment and the degree of retinal function recovery.
