摘要
随着社会不断兴起的终身学习和继续教育,学习型社区的建立越来越广泛。而如何更好地在学习型社区中进行知识分享是学习型社区中的最主要问题。从学习型社区的概念入手,重点分析了学习型社区中的知识分享的价值、机制和影响因素,相应地提出了4条措施。
With the development of social life-long learning and continuous education, more and more learning-type communities are established. It is the most important problem that how to share knowledge better in a learning-type community. Starting from the concept of the learning-type community, this paper analyzes the value, mechanism and influencing factors of the knowledge sharing in the learning-type community, and puts forward four corresponding measures.
