摘要
为解决微型客车在山区使用过程中后立柱和后门槛板等部件出现疲劳裂纹的问题,采用ANSYS和LS-DYNA对整车在实际使用条件下的应力分布及随时间的变化进行仿真.对关键部件进行疲劳寿命计算和分析,从中找到部件产生疲劳裂纹的主要原因;提出多种改进方法,并基于CAE仿真分析筛选出改动小、成本低、效果好的方案;根据改进部件的疲劳寿命预测和评价确定最终改进方案.
With the fatigue crack problems of rear pillar and rear doorsill and so on which occur when minibuses are used in mountainous area, ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate distribution of stress and its variety with use time according to practical condition of using on minibus body. The fatigue life-span of key parts is computed and analyzed to find out the main reasons that lead to fatigue breach of parts. Many measures are proposed to pick out the solution with less changes, lower cost and better effect based on CAE simulation; the final solution is obtained by making forecast and estimate of fatigue life-span on improved parts.
