摘要
用ANSYS有限元分析软件对金属膜片联轴器中圆环式膜片进行了应力计算,求出了膜片3种静态应力(扭转应力、离心应力、轴向弯曲应力)的平均应力和角向弯曲交变应力,进而应用局部应力 应变法计算了圆环式膜片的疲劳寿命,并分析了影响膜片疲劳寿命的因素.
Using the software ANSYS for finite element analysis,stresses in an annular membrane are calculated,and the results of static mean value of twisting,centrifugal,and axial flexion stress,as well as the alternative stress of angular flexion are obtained.Then,using local stress-strain method,the fatigue life of an annular membrane is evaluated,and influencing factors on it are analyzed.
