摘要
本文简要地介绍了等离子体的基本概念和来源,较为详细地描述了几种常见的放电形式并着重讨论了介质阻挡放电,对其微放电的物理机制也作了细致的表述,其中还列出了几个影响微放电的外在因素。文章的最后是对介质阻挡放电的一些实际应用作了较为详细的探讨。
The concept and source of plasmas are introduced briefly.It describes a few familiar discharge forms in detail, especially dielectric barrier discharge.At the sametime,the physical mechanism of the micro-discharge is revealed and several extrinsic factors are listed.At last some pratical application on dielectric barrier discharge is explained.
