摘要
针对露天煤矿转向期间内排空间不均衡、剥离物运输距离加大的情况,分析了采区间搭桥设置,提出剥离物是否通过桥运输的判别方法和筑路式组沟开拓运输系统的布置形式;研究了反向内排的布置要素.在安太堡露天煤矿进行了实践,结果表明:采区间搭桥、反向内排和筑路式组沟开拓运输系统在大型近水平露天煤矿转向期间有效地解决了内排空间不均衡的问题,缩短了剥离物的运输距离.
Aiming at the disproportion in inner dumping space and the increase of transportation distance, we analyzed the bridge set between mining areas, proposed the method to judge whether the overburden is carried or not by bridge and the lay-out of the development transport system of the road-building-ditch-group, and studied the lay-out elements of reverse inner dumping. The practice in Antaibao Surface Coal Mine shows that the three measures can well solve the problems of disproportion in inner dumping space and the increase of transportation distance.
