摘要
为提高暴雨环境下露天矿疏干防排水系统管网抢修速度,对露天矿疏干防排水管网系统进行脆弱性评价,分析了露天矿疏干防排水管网系统的干扰因素,建立管网系统的脆弱性评价模型,找出管网系统中的脆弱管段,并以某露天矿的管网系统为例进行研究.研究结果表明:露天矿山生产受外界降雨环境影响明显,当降雨量12h内达到35 mm时,该矿排水系统脆弱度为1.01,疏干防排水管网脆弱性超过极限,严重影响生产.研究成果为矿山提供疏干管网预警信息,降低矿山安全风险,同时也为露天矿管网系统脆弱性评价提供理论支撑.
In order to improve the speed of repairing the pipeline network of the open-pit mine dredging,water-proof and drainage system under the rainstorm environment,the vulnerability evaluation of the open-pit mine dredging,water-proof and drainage network system was carried out,the disturbance factors of the open-pit mine dredging and drainage prevention pipe network system were analyzed,the vulnerability evaluation model of the network system was established,and the vulnerable pipe sections in the pipe network system were identified.Taking the pipe network system of an open-pit mine as an example,the results of study show that the production of the open-pit mine is significantly affected by the external rainfall environment.When the rainfall reaches 35mm within 12 hours,the vulnerability of the drainage system of the mine is 1.01,and the vulnerability of the drainage and drainage pipe network exceeds the limit,which seriously affects production.The research results provide mine safety personnel with early warning information for the drainage pipe network,reduce mine safety risks,and provide a safe and effective solution for open-pit mines.The vulnerability assessment of the pipeline network system provides a theoretical support.
