摘要
为有序地介绍国际大电网组织(CIGRE)2008年大会上的相关论文,归纳了研究委员会SCC2关于电力系统运行与控制的论文和相关讨论会的内容。讨论集中在3个方面,即运行和控制中的广域测量及其应用、市场环境和较低安全裕度下的运行可靠性、大规模风电对系统运行和控制的影响。
Activities of CIGRE 2008, current status, obstacles and prospective of modern power system operation and control are reviewed in this paper. The main issues include, new applications in system operation and control for detection and mitigation of system conditions; evolution of operation reliability standards in the context of open markets and reduced security margins; impact on system operation and control of the integration of large wind generation.
