骨髓基质干细胞构建组织工程神经修复神经缺损的研究进展 被引量:1

Progress about Neurologic Defect Repairation by Tissue Engineering Nerve of Bone Marrow Stromal Cells

摘要 骨髓基质干细胞(BMSCs)存在于骨髓和其他一些组织(如脂肪等),它不仅具有干细胞的基本特征,而且具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,它分离、培养的成功,以及向神经细胞分化的成功,为修复周围神经损伤提供了一种新的组织工程学种子细胞来源。本文就BMSCs作为种子细胞构建组织工程神经过程中的机制和所面临的新挑战进行综述,以探讨一种更新更有价值的周围神经缺损修复思路。 bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs), reside in bone marrow as well as in other tissues (e. g. ,fat) ,which not only have fundamental feature of stem cells,but also have the potential capablility of selfrenewal and multipotential differentiation. The success of its isolation, culture and differentiation into nerve cell offers a new resource of tissue engineering seed sells for repairment of peripheral nerves. This article reviewed seed cells about its mechanism during constructing tissue engineering nerve as seed cells and related challenge that it was faced,in order to debate the more better method in repairing the nerve defect.
