摘要
对重庆九院应用BSC于医院管理之指标体系的选择、建立;驱动指标与结果指标有机联系设置和相应指标权重、指标值确定;以及动态地对各维度、各层面进行监控掌握和指标体系的适时调整,平衡发展;实现医院、科室、个人的整体发展的理论与实践应用研究加以探讨。
In order to realize hospital, department and individual integral and well-balanced development, hospital management index system by BSC in Chongqing the ninth people' s hospital is established. The key contents of the index system were driving index and result index smoothly connection, index value and weight setting, index system monitoring and adjusting.
