摘要
文章借鉴平衡计分卡理论与方法,结合我国医院实际探讨了将平衡计分卡应用于医院绩效考核的具体方法。介绍了平衡计分卡的基本内容和评价指标,论述了医院引入平衡计分卡的必要性,设计了应用平衡计分卡的基本程序,最后讨论了应用平衡计分卡应注意的几个问题。
This article provides explanation of a management tool-balanced scorecard. Based on the actual situation, we design an assessment system to evaluate the performance of hospitals applying the balanced scorecard theory with method. The first part of the article introduces the overview of the balanced scorecard briefly, the second part suggests the basic procedure regarding the applying of balanced scorecard in hospitals, the last part puts forwards the questions we should notice in the practices.
