摘要
针对近年来浙江省教育厅多次提出"有校内游泳馆(池)等设施的学校可开设游泳课"的精神,采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、查阅文献资料法,对浙江省学校游泳场馆设施、管理制度、教学常规到管理人员、教学人员、救生人员等基本情况进行全面调查。调查显示:我省学校游泳课在组织教学中过程缺乏详尽的安全保障体系,根据游泳课组织过程中必须具备的硬件和软件条件,提出各级学校具有共性的安全保障体系,为确保我省学校游泳课教学工作的广泛开展和安全运行提供必要的参考。
In response to the principle spirit of starting swimming courses at schools with facilities from the education department of Zhejiang province these years,this essay,employing the methods of questionnaire survey,interviews with experts,documentary study,thoroughly investigates the fundamental state of on-campus swimming facilities,management system,teaching model,management team,faculty,and lifeguards in Zhejiang province,showing that on-campus swimming courses in Zhejiang province lack detailed safety precautions system during the current procedure.Based on necessary hardware and software resources during the teaching procedure,the essay provides schools with a general safety precautions system design,and necessary references to ensure extensive practice and safe operation of on-campus swimming teaching in Zhejiang province.
