摘要
随着就业体制改革和高等教育进入大众化阶段,人才竞争日益激烈,就业问题已成为毕业生越来越关注的问题。高校应加强对大学生的就业指导特别是职业生涯规划教育,通过设立专门系统部门、规划课程建设以及完善就业指导体系等方面着手开展。同时,对大学生的职业生涯规划教育还应结合大学期间学生学习阶段特点构建"全程辅导"模式,逐级针对开展。
With the reform of employment system and the popular stage of higher education, the talent competition is increasingly severe. Graduates are forced to pay more concerns on the employment problem. Colleges and universities should strengthen job-hunting guidance to college students, especially career planning education, which can be carried out via establishing special department or division, planning curriculum construction and improving the employment guiding system etc. At the same time, combined with the characteristic of different study stage, all processes guidance should be set up for different grade.
