逆行颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复腭部恶性肿瘤术后缺损 被引量:1

Application of Submental Artery Island Flap after Radical Resection for Carcinoma on Plate

摘要 目的探讨逆行颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣同期修复腭部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的效果。方法2005年1月~2007年1月,采用逆行颏下动脉岛状皮瓣对8例腭部恶性肿瘤术后腭部缺损进行同期修复,皮瓣最小5cm×3cm,最大8cm×4cm。结果8例患者术后皮瓣完全存活,术后随访1年,未发现复发和转移,全部皮瓣形态质地良好,腭部形态满意。结论逆行颏下动脉岛状皮瓣具有可靠血供,操作简便安全,适合同期修复腭部恶性肿瘤术后缺损。 Objective To evaluate the using of the submental flap for immediate reconstruction of the palate defect after radical resection for carcinoma. Methods From January 2005 to January 2007, submental flap were used to repair the palate defect after radical resection in 8 cases, the flap extension varied from 5 cm×3 em to 8 cm × 4 cm. Results All wounds healed well. Eight flaps survived completely. The appearance of the palate region were satisfying, no recurrences and metastasis was founded after 1 year follow-up. Conclusion The said flap has reliable blood supply, and could be operated conveniently and safely. It can be applied in reconstruction for palate defects due to radical resection for carcinoma.
