摘要
目的:为应用颏下皮瓣修复面部组织缺损提供解剖学依据。方法:在25侧经红色乳胶灌注的成人标本上,对颏下区的血管及神经进行了较为详细的观测。结果:颏下动脉恒定起自面动脉,在距其起点(27.16±1.21)mm处发出。起点处的直径(1.86±0.96)mm。颏下动脉起点距下颌角和颏部中点的距离分别为(19.34±5.06)mm和(62.88±6.09)mm。颏下静脉的直径(1.97±0.73)mm。结论:本研究提供了颏下区详尽的解剖学数据。揭示了颏下区血管神经的位置和相互关系。为颏下皮瓣的制备提供了解剖学依据。
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for repairing facial defects using submental flap, Methods: The submental vessels and the adjacent nerves in 25 formalin-fixed cadavers injected with red emulsion were dissected and measured carefully. Results: Submental artery came from facial artery at the site parting from its starting point about (27.16±1.21 ) mm constantly, which was about ( 1.86±0.96)mm in diameter, The distance from the origin of the submental artery to the mandibular angle and the middle point of mental region were (19.34±5.06)mm, (62.88±6.09)mm respectively. The diameter of the submental vein at the origin was about (1.97±0.73)mm. Conclusions: This study discloses the location and the relationship of the vessels and nerves of the submental area. It provides the anatomical foundation for the preparation of the submental flap.
