摘要
众多研究成果为职业能力的培养实践提供了理论上的准备和指导。理论研究需要正视、揭示、研究、解答实践中的种种问题,目前一方面需要将学习借鉴国际职业能力理念和本土实践的经验进行总结和提升。另一方面需要以我国社会文化背景为基础进行深入的理论研究,因为职业能力的内涵表明它是一个涉及多学科知识的概念,职业能力的理论研究需要多学科的支持。
So much research outcomes provide theoretical preparation and guidance for cultivation practice of professional abilities. Theoretical study should envisage, reveal, study and solve various problems exist- ed in practice, and the following work should be done: on one side, international professional ability view should be learned and referred and national practice experiences should be summarized and refined; on the other side, profound theoretical study should be done based on social and cultural background of China, as professional ability is a concept that involves knowledge of various subjects and theoretical study on professional abilities also demand support of various subjects.
