消洗灵消毒粉的杀菌效果与毒理学研究

摘要 目的了解以二氯异氰尿酸钠为主要杀菌成分的消洗灵消毒粉的杀菌效果及其毒性。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验进行了实验室研究。结果以含有效氯1000 mg/L的消毒粉溶液对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,杀灭对数值达到5.0以上。用含有效氯500 mg/L和250 mg/L该消毒粉溶液分别对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌作用5 min和对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min,杀灭对数值均达到5.0以上。含有效氯800 mg/L该消毒粉溶液对悬液内白色念珠菌作用4 min,杀灭对数值>4.00;含300 mg/L有效氯的该消毒粉溶液作用20 min,可完全灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒。消洗灵消毒粉对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值为4786 mg/kg(体重),属低毒级物质;该消毒剂在使用浓度条件下对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性,无致突变作用。结论消洗灵消毒粉对细菌芽孢、真菌和细菌繁殖体都具有良好的杀灭效果,属于低毒物质。 Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of disinfectant Xiao - Xi - Ling containing mainly sodium dichloroisocyanurate. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test methods were used to carry oat laboratory observation. Results The killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L for 60 min was 〉 5.00, the killing logarithm values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L for 5 rain and 250 mg/L for 10 rain respectively were 〉 5.00. The killing logarithm value of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 800 mg/L for 4 min was 〉 4.00. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 300 mg/L with a 20 min contact time could inactivate poliovirus completely. The mouse acute oral toxicity LDso value of the disinfectant was 4786 mg/kg( bw), which belongs to low toxicity class. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusions The disinfectant Xiao -Xi -Ling has good germicidal property and belongs to low toxicity class.
