摘要
大型工件在加工过程中的尺寸测量是保证加工精度和提高生产效率的重要手段。本文介绍了双目立体视觉的基本原理,深入探讨了其中的关键技术和主要算法,提出基于双目立体视觉实现精确测量工件尺寸的非接触测量方法。
Dimension measuring is an important means to assure the machining accuracy and improve the production efficiency during the course of machining of the large-scale workpiece. This paper has introduced the basic principle of binocular stereo vision, probed thoroughly into the key technology and main arithmetic of it, and has presented the non-touching measurement method based on binocular stereo vision which is realized accurately measurement.
