摘要
介绍了机器视觉的基本原理与虚拟仪器的设计思想,指出二者结合的优势。由此,构建一种基于虚拟仪器的在线机器视觉检测系统,该系统利用机器视觉实现检测的自动化,利用虚拟仪器降低系统成本,同时提高系统的可扩展性,利用DataSocket技术实现被测数据在网络中的传输。实验证明:该系统测量精度满足工程要求,数据传输速率也能满足实际生产需要,系统是可行和有效的。
The basic principle of machine vision and design idea of virtual instrument were introduced, and the advantage of their combination was pointed out. The online machine vision inspecting system based on virtual instrument was built. In this system, machine vision is used to realize testing automatization, virtual instrument is used to reduce system cost and improve expansibility of the system, and testing data being transmissioned in network is implemented by DataSocket technic. The experiment results show that the accuracy of measurement fulfills the requirement of engineering, data transmission rate satisfies the requirement of practical produc- tion, so the system is feasible and effective.
