摘要
                
                    针对中国石化石家庄炼油厂第二套催化裂化装置(处理量为80万t/a)上存在催化剂单位消耗量高、生焦量大等问题,根据厂方提供的操作数据,对装置的操作状况进行了工艺核算和分析。结果表明,该装置存在着主风耗量偏大、第二密相再生器流化风量低、提升管反应区反应时间过长、汽提段汽提效果较差等问题。为了进一步优化该装置的设备结构和操作条件,建议在装置检修期间对汽提段、烧焦罐及再生器催化剂回收系统进行技术改造,并结合对操作条件的调整优化提高装置的整体运行水平。
                
                Based on the operating data of FCC unit of Shijiazhuang Refinery, SINOPEC, process analysis was carried out to find the causes of reported problems, which involved high loss of catalyst, high yield of coke, and after burning etc. The process analysis successfully found out the causes for the above problems and corresponding suggestions for optimization or revamp were also provided in this study. This study could serve as a reference for similar FCC units to optimize their operation and revamp.
