摘要
EA-303立式换热器在使用过程中,由于物料中含有环丁砜、水和蒸汽,致使换热器管束频繁出现故障。主要原因是介质腐蚀和冲刷以及焊接工艺。通过分析和研究,从换热器的操作、材质和技术方面进行了改造,取得了较好的效果,延长了使用周期。
Because there is sulfolane,water and steam in the feed of EA 303 vertical heat exchanger, which resuhed in tube problems occurred frequently. The main reasons are medium erosion and flushing,and the welding specification. The remodelling for EA-303 is performed in terms of operation,material and technique after analyzing and studying. Better effect was achieved to ensure life time extension of the exchanger.
