摘要 上海市白龙港污水处理厂一级强化污泥量大、致密粘稠、有机质含量少,采用传统的填埋技术占地面积巨大、物料腐熟周期长、填埋难度大。为此开展了中试研究,以好氧堆肥技术的一次发酵作为填埋预处理方法,以填埋场作为二次发酵场地,较原污泥直接填埋节省占地,缩短填埋时间。课题开展了一级强化污泥好氧堆肥的可行性研究,在此基础上将堆肥7d的物料回用至堆肥初始混合物料中,研究物料回用技术的作用。研究表明,对上海市白龙港污水处理厂一级强化污泥采用好氧堆肥的技术是可行的。经堆肥化过程产生的腐熟物料回用于污泥堆肥,不仅可以起到接种剂的作用,同时调节污泥的空隙率和含水率,解决堆肥过程调理剂问题。从熟料回用的堆肥效果来看,回用次数不宜超过3次。 Enhanced primary treatment sludge from Shanghai Bailonggang Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Program which was very large in amounts, compact thick and had iow organic matter, adopted the traditional landfill, however this technology needed enormous area, long material decays period, so that the operation was very difficul, ty. To start pilot study for this purpose, an action fermenting with aerobic compost technology was taken as a method of landfill pretreatment, which turned landfill field into secondary fermenting space and could save room, and shorten filling in burying time compared to original sludge. The thesis has carried out the feasibility study of Enhanced primary treatment sludge aerobic compost. On the basis, 7 days composting was recycled in the initial stage, for studying the effect of this technology, Study indicated that the treatment to this sludge is feasible. Recycling material produced during the composting not only being able to play arrive at inoculate with an agent's role, and adjust sludge gap rates and water ratio, but also provided conditioner to the compost. Judging from the effect of composting that recycling of times should not exceed three times.
