摘要
利用3个同步运行的模型反应器对比研究了投加铁盐(FeCl3)和铝盐(AlCl3)对曝气生物滤池的化学强化除磷效能,并对比分析了化学强化除磷对曝气生物滤池有机物、浊度和氨氮去除效能的影响情况。结果表明,投加铁盐和铝盐可以有效强化单级曝气生物滤池的除磷效能;TP去除率随着铁盐和铝盐投加量的增加而非线性提高,气水比分别3∶1和10∶1时对化学强化除磷效果没有差异性影响;投加铁盐和铝盐强化除磷对曝气生物滤池的COD、浊度去除没有影响。当药剂投加比≤1∶1.5时,投加铁盐和铝盐对曝气生物滤池硝化作用均无不利影响,而铁盐的强化除磷效果优于铝盐。铝盐投加比>1∶1.5时显著抑制曝气生物滤池的硝化效能。
The chemical enhanced phosphorus precipitation and the influence of chemical dosing ratios on TP removal efficiency in biological aerated filters were studied on the basis of three parallelly-running bioreactors which was dosed with FeCl3,AlCl3 or without any chemical agent respectively.The influences of chemical dose in the bioreactors on the removal of organic substances,of suspended solid and on nitrification were also compared.The results showed that the phosphorus removal efficiency could be improved evidently in the chemical-enhanced process,and the TP removal rate increased non-linearly with the increase of dosing from a weight ratio of 1∶1 to 1∶3(P to Fe or P to Al).The performance of phosphorus removal was in the same pattern whether at 3∶1 or 10∶1 of gas to water ratio and the performance of the bioreactor was unaffected with respect to COD and suspended solid.It was concluded that the iron salt was a promising chemical agent in the enhanced phosphorus removal in biological aerated filter.The iron salt has almost no effect on nitrification while the aluminum chloride,on the contrary,significantly inhibited the nitrification process when dosing ratio was higher than 1∶1.5.
