摘要
介绍了魔芋葡甘聚糖的结构及理化性质,综述了魔芋葡甘聚糖化学改性的概况及新进展,重点评述了魔芋葡甘聚糖及其衍生物在生物医用材料方面的应用,最后展望了其发展前景。
The structure characteristics and properties of konjac glucomannan（KGM） are introduced in this paper. The new development of modification and applications of KGM are reviewed with references, and the research directions are also discussed. Applications of KGM in the field of medical biomaterials would provide a promising prospect.
