作为解决人类生存环境中日益严重的“白色污染”问题的一条理想途径,天然生物基材料越来越受到人们的关注。介绍了各种天然生物基材料在食品包装中的应用情况,存在的问题及应用前景。
Biobased materials are widely concerned as an appropriate method to resolve serious 'white pollution' in natural environment. Application, existing problem and potential of biobased materials in food packaging are introduced.
