摘要
目的:认识中医体质研究的概况。方法:采用文献计量学方法,对1978-2007年国内正式发表的345篇中医体质文献进行计量学分析。结果:中医体质文献总体呈一上升趋势,已形成核心期刊及核心作者,北京、上海、广东、山东等地对其研究处于领先地位。结论:中医体质在国内研究的水平呈逐年增长趋势。国内对其认识不断提高,但对其在分类及临床应用方面的研究有待深入探讨,同时有必要多学科交叉研究。
Objective： To understand the current study status on TCM constitution in China. Methods： The papers of relevant TCM constitution published in national journal were searched from 1978 -2007 in CBMdisc. The literature data was statistically analyzed with bibliometrics method. Results： 345 papers were searched, showing a trend of gradual increase with year. The core periodicals and authors of relevant TCM constitution have been formed. Conclusion ： The national study on TCM constitution showed the level of growth year after year, but its classification in clinical and applied research have to be explored in depth, at the same time need for more interdisciplinary research.
