摘要
石蜡基高蜡原油中含有的微晶蜡是一种天然乳化剂,不仅能增加原油粘度,同时易于形成网状结构吸附在油水界面,阻碍水滴的聚并,加大原油乳化液破乳难度。作者利用海水对大庆高蜡原油进行稀释,应用正交设计法研究其在微波辐射下的破乳规律。结果表明,添加海水能显著提高原油乳化液的脱水效果。利用SH9402微波反应系统,含水50%的大庆高蜡原油乳化液在海水添加量为20 mL、系统压力为0.7 MPa、恒压时间为11 min,辐射功率为225 W时脱水率高达94.15%。
The wax in paraffin base crude oil,which is a kind of natural emulsifier,not only can increase the viscosity of crude oil, but also easily form network structure adsorbing the interfacial film of oil-water to prevent water collecting. It makes more difficult for oil-water emulsion system to demulsify. The law of microwave demulsification for highwax crude oil,sea water being applied as additive, was studied with orthogonal design method to reach the best dehydration result. By analysis of variance and range, the results showed that the dehydration efficiency greatly improved in the presence of much less sea water. Using the SH9402 microwave system, the maximum dehydration rate of emulsions of high-wax crude oil with water content of 50G was up to 94.15G under the condition of the additive quantity of sea water 20 mL,system presure value 0.7 MPa,isobarically time 11 min and radiation power 225 W.
