摘要
运用均匀设计的实验设计方法来设计微波处理乳化液的实验,按照所得实验方案作了一系列实验,通过实验数据拟合出微波功率P、微波作用时间T、乳化液含水率A与微波处理后的脱水率S之间的经验关系式;并定性的研究了微波对乳化液破乳脱水的作用规律.
Using uniform design method to design the experiment of the emulsion treatment with microwave radiation. Through the fitting of experimental data, the empirical formula among the microwave power P, radiation time T, moisture of emulsion A and the dehydration ratio after treatment S are obtained, and the regular of microwave to the demulsification and dehydration is studied.
