摘要
目的研究降糖化瘀胶囊的制备,建立降糖化瘀胶囊的提取工艺,为新药的研发做些准备工作,为临床治疗提供一种安全有效的制剂,也为实现中药现代化提供一种新思路。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法优化提取条件,以丹酚酸B的含量、干浸膏得率为工艺考察指标。结果最佳提取工艺为:原药材加水浸泡2h,加8倍水,煎煮3次,每次1小时。结论用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量准确可靠,为降糖化瘀胶囊的进一步制剂研究和临床应用提供了试验依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of the Jiangtang Huayu Capsules, the extract process of Jiangtang Huayu Capsules is established to do the preparatory work for the researeh and development of the new drugs and to provide a safe and effective preparation for clinical treatment, a new idea for the realization of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. RESULTS The extract conditions were optimumed by L9 （3^4 ） orthogonal test,the inspection factors were the content of salvianolie acid B and the rate of dry extract. RESULTS The optimum extraction is the original ingredients soak two hours with water and plus eight times of water and decocting three times with one hour for each time. CONCLUSION Determination of Salvianolic acid B is accurate and reliable by HPLC,which provide a pilot basis for the further research and clinical application of the Jiangtang Huayu Capsules.
