摘要
目的:观察银屑平胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将75例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,予银屑平胶囊(组成:水牛角、生地黄、紫草、赤芍、牡丹皮、半枝莲、白花蛇舌草、薏苡仁、丹参、大青叶、泽兰、莪术、白鲜皮、甘草)治疗;对照组35例,予复方青黛胶囊治疗。2组疗程均为6周。观察临床疗效及治疗前后银屑病面积严重程度指数(PASI)积分情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为85.00%,对照组为62.86%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PASI积分均有明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:银屑平胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinxie Capsules(YC) for psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Seventy-five psoriasis vulgaris patients were ran- domized into 2 groups:the treatment group(n=40)received YC(mainly composed of Cornu Bubali,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Arnebiae seu Lithospermi,Radix Paeo- niae Rubra,Cortex Moutan,Herba Portulacae Grandiflorae,Herba Hedyotis Dif- fusae,Semen Coicis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Folium Isatidis,Herba Lycopi, Rhizoma Cureumae,Cortex Dictamni and Radix Glycyrrhizae),and the control group (n=30)received Compound Qingdai Capusle.The treatment lasted 6 weeks.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment,and the change of psoriasis area severity index(PASI)was observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 85.00% in the treatment group and 62.86% in the control group, the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The PASI was decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01 compared with that before treat- ment),and the difference of PASI after treatment was very significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yinxie Capsules exerts a certain effect for psoriasis vulgaris.
