摘要
将虚拟仪器技术引入煤矿提升机的故障诊断 ,利用Labview开发出适用于煤矿提升机故障诊断系统 ,在简易诊断的基础上利用该系统对提升机振动烈度大的测点进行精密诊断。通过对提升机振动加速度信号的频谱分析 ,准确地诊断出了齿轮减速箱存在的故障部位和产生原因 ,并通过劣化指数计算 。
This paper applies virtual instrument technique to mine mechanical fault diagnosis, and exploits a hoister gearbox-testing system based on Labview. Making use of precise diagnosis of the measuring point of the hoist with the higher vibrational intensity on the basis of simple diagnosis, through the Amp. Spectrum analysis of the vibrational acceleration signal, the location and cause of the mine hoister gearbox fault are diagnosed accurately, and deterioration factor shows quantitatively the development of abrasion after five months.
