摘要
棉籽糖是植物界中存在的低聚糖中含量仅次于蔗糖的低聚糖,提取方法主要是以甜菜糖蜜为原料,而从棉籽粕中提取棉籽糖的研究则较少;作者对棉籽粕中棉籽糖的浸出工艺进行了研究,采用正交试验方法考察了提取工艺过程的乙醇溶液浓度、浸出温度、料液比三因素(三水平)对浸出率的影响,得出最佳的操作条件为:提取温度为55℃,提取料液比为1:12(W/V),乙醇浓度为80%,棉籽糖的浸出率为90%以上。
Raffinose is one of the most abundant oligosaccharides. Raffinose is mainly extracted from beet sirup, and cottonseed meal is a new kind of resource for raffinose. The extraction of raffinose from cottonseed meal was studied. The influence of several factors on the extraction for raffinose had been investigated. A orthogonal test method of tree factors (ethanol concentration, temperature and solid- liquid ratio) and three levels was used to gaining higher raffinose yiele of extracting process. Better operating conditions was temperature of 55 ℃ extraction, solid - liquid ratio of 1 : 12, ethanol concentration of 80%. The extraction rate of raffinose was to 90%.
