摘要
本文介绍了镉-乙基罗丹明B-碘化物超高灵敏显色体系,确定了分光光度测定痕量镉的条件,时反应机理作了初步讨论。方法的灵敏度很高,表观摩尔吸光系数可达1.3×10~6。拟定了直接测定水样和硫酸锌试剂中镉的方法,检测下限分别为0.5ppb和1×10^(-5)%。
An ultra sensitive colour reaction of ethyl rhodamine B-cadmium-potassium iodide-polyvinyl alcohol-124 system has been developed. The basic dye and coloured compound exhibit maximum absorption at 556 and 605 nm respectively, and the apparent molar ahsorptivety of the cadmium compound is 1.3×10~6 L.mol^(-1)cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed from 0.1 to 1.5μg/25mL of cadmium, The interference of diverse ions has been studied. A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for trace cadmium in tap water and zinc sulfate is developed with satisfactory results. The mechanism of ultra sensitive colour reaction is also discussed.
