摘要
本文研究了在pH4.0—5.0的缓冲溶液中钴(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化氯磺酚S的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量钴的新方法,测定钴的范围为0—0.06μg/25mL,其检出限为6.45×10^(-12)gCo/mL,用于测定中药材中的痕量钴,获得满意结果。
In this paper, a new method has been studied for the determination of trace cobalt oy catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry,The proposed method is based on the catalytic reaction of Co(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of chlorosulphonphenol S with H_2O_2, the range of measurement is 0~0.06μg/25mL and the detection limit is 6.15×10^-12g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace cobalt in soybean, peanut, glossy ganoderma and semen trigonellae with satisfactory results.
