摘要
目的:研究三叶青块根中的乙醚提取物成分。方法:利用有机溶剂萃取法提取三叶青块根,用GC-MS进行测定,色谱柱为HP-INnowax Polyethylene Glycol弹性石英毛细管柱(30.0 m×320μm×0.25μm),柱温50℃,保持2 min,然后以4℃·min^(-1)升温至230℃,保持20 min;载气为高纯度氦气(99.999%);载气流量2.0 mL·min^(-1);分流比40:1。质谱条件:离子源为EI源;离子源温度230℃;四极杆温度150℃;电子能量70 eV;发射电流34.6 μA;倍增器电压1.936 kV;接口温度280℃;质量范围10~550 amu。结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:分离出21个组分,鉴定出18个化学成分,检出率为98.45%。其中相对百分含量大于1%的分别确定为亚油酸35.28%、棕榈酸26.93%、油酸15.56%、二苯胺7.40%、亚麻酸甲酯7.15%、硬脂酸2.14%。结论:对三叶青乙醚提取物成分的研究,为有效控制三叶青药材质量、深入研究开发该药物提供有用的试验数据。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ether extract of Radix Tetrastigmae Hemsleyani. Method:The chemical compositions of the ether extract of the plant were analyzed by GC - MS equipped with an elastic quartz capillary column - HP - INnowax Polyethylene Glycol (30. 0 m × 320 μm × 0. 25 μm). The oven temperature program was 50 ℃ for 2 min, increased at 4℃·min^ - 1 to 230 ℃ and kept for 20 min. The carrier gas was helium (99. 999% ) with a flow rate of 2.0 mL ·min^ - 1. The split ratio was 40: 1. MS conditions: ion source, EI source;ion source temperature,230℃ ; quadrupole pole temperature, 150 ℃ ; Mass spectra were taken at 70 eV ; emission current,34.6μA;multiplier vohage,l. 936 kV;iBterface temperature,280℃ . Mass rang was from 10 to 550 ainu. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Result :Twenty - one kinds of chemical constituents were detected in the ether extract of Radix Tetrastigmae Hemsleyani; of which eighteen compounds representing 98.45% of the extract were characterized. Relative contents more than 1% were determined as linoleic acid 35.28% , palmitic acid 26.93% , oleic acid acid 15.56% , diphenylamine 7.40% , methyl linolenate 7. 15 % , stearic acid 2. 14%. Conclusion : The determination of chemical constitutes of ether extract from Radix Tetrastigmae Hemsleyani is helpful for controlling the quality and further researching of Radix Tetrastigmae Hemsleyani.
