摘要
校本教研是提升学校教育能力、促进教师专业发展、提高教育质量的一个重要途径。校本教研有两个基本任务:以课程内容变革为中心的高中新教材的研究和以教学方法创新为中心的课堂教学研究。校本教研的基本方式有:教师个人的自我反思、教师群体的协作互助、专业人员的专业引领。校本教研的基本过程是:提出问题、课题设计、行动实施、课题总结。
The school-based teaching research is one of important way for promoting schools' education power, advancing teachers' professional development and improving educational quality. It has two basic tasks: the one task is the new teaching material research of high school based on courses reformation, and another task is the class teaching research based on teaching method innovation. The basic modes of school-based teaching research are as below: teachers individual reflection, teachers collective collaboration, professional guidance. The basic processes of school-based teaching research are as below: putting forward questions, project designing and carrying through, project summarizing.
