摘要
目的研究苦荞麦叶中总黄酮类物质的乙醇提取工艺。方法以芦丁为对照品,用吸光光度法,通过L9(34)正交试验,优选了工业参数。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%、提取温度55℃、提取时间3h、料液比1:60。
Objective The extraction technology of total flavones in Fagopyrum tataricum leaves was studied with ethanol as solvent. Methods The best conditions were chosen through L9 （30 orthographic experiments by adsorptive photospectrum based on rutin as standard substance. Results The best extraction conditions were to use 50% ethanol as solvent with the ratio of 1：60 in mass at the temperature of 55℃ for 3h.
