摘要
城市经济学是一门新兴学科,其产生和发展的历史并不长,特别是在我国形成的时间较晚。21世纪是城市的世纪,在我国城市化大潮中,新现象、新问题层出不穷。在这样一个大背景下,我国城市经济学科的发展很快,建树也颇多,呈现出一些新的特点,也取得了一些重要成果和重要突破。但是,我国城市经济学科理论建设存在的问题也不少。因此,未来几年城市经济学学科必须突破若干重大课题的研究,比如,城市经济学学科体系研究,城市化健康发展问题研究,城市竞争力问题研究,以及城市可持续发展研究等等。
Urban economics is an emerging subject, especially in China, as a subject it is relative late. The 21^st century is the urban century, during the process of urbanization, new phenomenon, new question emerges one after another incessantly. On this background, urban economics subject has developed very quickly in China, and we get quite a lot of achievements, which present some new characteristics. But, the theory on the construction of urban economics subject existences many questions. So, we should break through some certain important issues in the further years of research, such as on the research system of urban economics subject, the research of urbanization healthy development question, the question of city competitive power and the research of city sustainable development and so on.
