键盘敲击声对高校开放式研究室工作效率的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Keyboard Tapping Sounds on Work Efficiency in University Open-plan Research Offices

摘要 本文通过一项实验研究,旨在探究高校开放式研究室人员工作效率所受键盘敲击声的影响。在实验过程中,键盘敲击声以3个水平呈现:45 dB(A)、50 dB(A)、55 dB(A),此外,不播放任何声音的“安静”环境被设置为对照组。共招募25名被试者进行短期记忆实验,分别测试被试者在4种不同声环境下的客观绩效和主观感受,并且基于这些客观和主观的实验结果,深入探讨不同声压级的键盘敲击声对工作效率的影响差异以及个人因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明,键盘敲击声会影响被试者的客观绩效和主观感受且这种影响与键盘敲击声声压级的大小相关。此外相比于“安静”环境,适当声压级的键盘敲击声对短期记忆任务具有积极影响。 This paper was aimed at exploring the effect of keyboard tapping sounds on the work efficiency of personnel in open-plan research offices in universities through an experimental study.During the experiment,keyboard tapping sounds were presented at three levels:45 dB(A),50 dB(A),and 55 dB(A).In addition,a'quiet"environment where no sound was played was set as the control group.A total of 25 subjects were recruited for a short-term memory experiment to test their objective performance and subjective feelings under four different sound environments.Based on these objective and subjective results,this paper delved into the differences in the effect of keyboard tapping sounds at different sound pressure levels on work efficiency and the influence of personal factors on the experimental results.The results indicated that keyboard tapping sounds can affect the objective performance and subjective feelings of the subjects,and the effect is related to the sound pressure level of the keyboard tapping.In addition,compared to a"quiet"environment,keyboard tapping at an appropriate sound pressure level has a positive impact on short-term memory tasks.
