                    "读者满意"是图书馆服务的目标,图书馆要以"读者满意"为目标建立一套行之有效的服务运行机制。遵循服务运行机制构成要素及其相互关系的原理,图书馆服务运行机制包括需要表达机制、激励与约束机制、协调与监督机制、绩效测评与补救机制。
                
                Reader's satisfaction is the goal of the library service. The library should build up a set of well-established and effective service operating mechanisms focused on the reader's satisfaction. Following the introduction of elements of service operating mechanism and the principle of their mutual relations, the paper presents the view of building up the library service operating mechanisms including demands expression mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanism, coordination and supervision mechanism, performance appraisal and redress mechanism.
