摘要
在热作模具钢H13的基础上降低Si、V的含量,提高Mo的含量,研制了新钢种SDH8。通过硬度、冲击韧性和热稳定性对比试验对SDH8和H13进行了研究。结果表明,在同样的熔炼及常规热处理条件下,SDH8钢强韧性和热稳定性明显高于H13钢。
A new type of hot work steel SDH8 was developed by increasing the molybdenum content and decreasing the silicon and vanadium contents of H13 steel. SDH8 and H13 steel were studied with comparative experiments on the hardness,impact toughness and thermal stability. The results show that strength, toughness and thermal stability of SDH8 steel are significantly higher than that of H13 steel under the same melting and heat treatment conditions.
