摘要
研究了微量铌对AISIH13钢的力学性能、热稳定性能、回火稳定性、抗高温氧化性及抗冷热疲劳性的影响。结果表明 ,在H13钢中添加 0 0 1% (质量分数 ,下同 )的铌对力学性能没有明显改善 ,但热稳定性、回火稳定性和抗高温氧化能力明显提高。运用计算机图像处理技术对比研究两种材料的热疲劳裂纹变化规律显示 ,含微量铌的H13钢的热疲劳抗力明显比不含铌的H13钢要高 。
Effects of microalloying niobium on mechanical properties,thermal stability,tempering stability,high temperature oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of AISI H13 hot work tool steel were studied.The results show that an addition microalloying niobium did not lead to significant change in the mechanical properties of H13 steel,but the thermal stability,tempering resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance were superior to these of the one without Nb.The method of computer aided estimate to analysis quantitatively of the thermal fatigue cracks was used,the results show that the thermal fatigue of H13 steel with niobium were observably improved than that of without Nb.
