摘要
探讨观察中药MAG抗HSV效果。建立实验动物HSV感染模型,分组进行局部治疗与局部、全身联合治疗对比研究。局部、全身联合治疗有效。中药MAG对家兔阴道局部黏膜无刺激作用和毒性反应,对HSV有一定的直接灭活性作用。
Animal models were established into two groups to investigate and observe the result of Chinese medicine monoammonium glycyrhizinate （MAG） against Herpes simplex virus （HSV）, groupl is local therapy group2 is systematic therapy associated with local therapy and compare their effects. The results showed that systematic therapy associated with local therapy is effective. Therefore, Chinese medicine MAG has no stimulation or side-effects to local vaginal mucosa of domestic rabbit, and has certain direct inactivation against HSV.
