摘要
近年来,肺癌的治疗多强调以手术切除为主的多学科综合治疗,尤其对于不能手术切除的患者,用微创介入疗法来提高患者的生活质量已受到广泛的青睐。其中,射频消融术以其安全、有效、并发症少、定位准确等特性已在临床上取得显著的疗效。随着射频消融术治疗原理研究的不断深入、射频消融技术的不断改进,局部肿瘤治疗的疗效将进一步提高,它将成为肺癌治疗中不可或缺的手段。
Objective： In recent years, the views for the treatment of lung cancer often emphasize adjuvant combined therapy, surgical resection is the first for the most cancer patients. But minimally invasive treatment has gotten much attention because of improving Patient＇s living quality, for some inoperable cancer patients. Ra- diofrequency ablation（ RFA） has gotten the evident therapeutic effect, because it is a useful, safe, focusing precisely minimally invasive technology with less complications. With the development of the research for therapeutic principle of RFA and improvement of radiofrequency ablation techniquc, it will enhance the therapeutic effect for the theatment of localized cancer further, it is going to be the indispensable treatment of lung cancer.
