摘要
本研究应用免疫学检测方法，对胃癌患者围手术期血清ＩＬ－２及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平进行了动态观察。结果表明：１．胃癌患者术前免疫功能是低下的；２．去瘤后经过创伤应激反应期的免疫抑制状态后，免疫功能显著改善；３．创伤应激反应的免疫抑制期时间比较短（一般在７２ｈ以内）；４．术后近、远期动态监测ＩＬ－２和ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平可以判断手术的彻底性，并对判断有无复发有重要临床意义；５．术后给予具有免疫调节作用的细胞因子治疗是非常必要的。同时推测：胃癌易患人群的ＩＬ－２水平可能低于正常人。
Levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor and interleukin 2 in serum from patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period was measured by immunoassay. The concentration of serum IL 2 in patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period was much lower than that in control people. In contrast, sIL 2R was much higher. Moreover, the study on kinetics of sIL 2R and IL 2 in serum from the patients showed that the immunity of the patients after operation was markedly improved in comparison with that of the patients before operation. And the wound stress reaction phase, ranging within 72 hours, was shorter than previous reports. The results indicate that quantitative detection of IL 2 and sIL 2R could be an useful laboratory index for assessment of clinical phase change and patient′s condition.
