摘要
针对炭黑的物性,认为其气力输送系统的除尘设备宜选用袋式除尘器。阐述了脉冲袋式除尘器的结构及工作原理,提出了运用于炭黑气力输送系统时应考虑的因素以及各参数的选择和计算,以确保其长期稳定运行。
Considering the property of carbon black,it is advisable to use bag-type dust collectors as the dust collecting equipment in its pneumatic conveying system.The construction and work principle of the pulse bag-type dust collector are described,and the factors to be considering during application in the pneumatic conveying system for carbon black are highlighted,as well as the selection and calculation of various parameters,so as to ensure its long-term and stable operation.
