摘要
为了开发出生产效率高、过滤性能好、使用寿命长的袋式除尘器滤袋过滤材料,以筒状无缝双轴向圆纬编针织物为基布,结合圆筒针刺制备一种新型圆纬编双轴向无缝针织过滤材料。对圆纬机的传动、成圈、送纱、牵拉卷取装置进行特殊化设计,实现基于双面圆纬机的衬经衬纬设备开发;对圆纬编双轴向无缝过滤材料的过滤效率、孔隙率、孔径等指标进行测试与表征,与工业滤袋材料进行对照。结果表明,在同等厚度2.30 mm下,圆纬编双轴向无缝过滤材料的平均孔径为19.71μm,孔隙率达到85.20%,在粒径≥10.0μm下的过滤效率高达93.76%,已超过同等测试情况下工厂滤袋滤料的性能指标。此研究开发了一种新型针织过滤材料,对袋式除尘器滤袋过滤材料的开发提供思路。
In order to develop the bag-shape filtration material with high production efficiency,good filtration performance and long service life,a new type of circular weft knitted biaxial seamless filtration materials is prepared by using a seamless biaxial circular weft knitted fabric as the base fabric,combined with cylinder needle penetration.The special design of the transmission,loop forming,yarn feeding,take-away device of the circular weft knitting machine has been used for the development of warp and weft insertion equipment based on the double-sided circular weft knitting machine.It tests and characterizes the filtration efficiency,porosity,pore size and other indicators of circular weft knitted biaxial seamless filtration materials.The comparative experiment with industrial filter bag materials shows that at the same thickness of 2.30 mm,the parameters of pore structure and filtration performance of the circular weft knitted biaxial seamless filtration materials could achieve the requirement.When the pore size is 11.92μm,the porosity is nearly 85.20%,and when the particles’size is larger than 10.0μm,the filtration efficiency exceeds 93.76%.This research would provide ideas for the development of filtration materials with new architecture mainly used as filter bags.
